
Jennifer Daniel is a proud Brooklyn native and the Founder of Princess Chambers., a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting young women from under-resourced communities across New York City. Since 2009, Princess Chambers has provided thousands of girls with prom attire, scholarships, mentoring, and transformative experiences, helping them recognize “the princess within so they can become the queens they are destined to be.” Deeply committed to improving the quality of life for others, Jennifer has built her career at the intersection of education, leadership, and community empowerment. Before founding Princess Chambers, she spent her early career as an Account Executive in the private sector, later transitioning into nonprofit work. She served as a Program Director at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation, where she led professional development workshops, career panels, and critical conversations on race and economic justice for young people in Brooklyn. Today, she serves as the National Director of Alumni Programs at The Posse Foundation, a college access nonprofit dedicated to supporting and empowering the next generation of leaders. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Risk Management and Insurance from St. John’s University and a Master of Science in Social Work with a concentration in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University. Beyond her professional and nonprofit commitments, Jennifer finds joy in traveling, international service projects, fitness, exploring new cuisines, and curating memorable social experiences.
